Hello! blimey, it has been a little while since I last blogged. I really want to get into doing more outfit posts but honestly I have such little motivation recently that I would probably end up uploading one outfit post and then completely forgetting. Isn't it just the worst?! Saturday day I took a train to London with my best friend and met another friend at the station as we were staying at hers for the couple of days as we were going to One Direction's Take Me Home tour at the 02 arena. I have been a fan of One Direction since 2010 when they first got put together as a band and I really think there's a bad stereotype about them/their music. Anyway, that night was the best of my life. Even better than the Up All Night Tour which I literally didn't think was remotely possible. We had such good seats and were so close to the front of the stage and they had a platform stage that came RIGHT OVER OUR SEATS and Niall, Louis and Liam waved at us and Niall pointed and smiled at me as I was frantically jumping up and down. YES!! Is anybody else really happy that it's half term?! After this weekend, I really need a week off! So as you may or may not know from reading my previous posts, I went out with my older sister and her best friend on Friday and that was a really good night! We were pre-drinking a lot as my sister made cocktails and jager bombs so by the time it came to actually going out into town, I was already pretty drunk! My sister is 26 and boy, can she drink! Constantly had a drink in her hand, honestly it was hard to keep up, I think I done an okay job though. It was a pretty interesting night involving boys that ended up confusing us all. Guys can be so confusing at the best of times.. don't get me wrong, I'm sure us girls are just as bad but they really do frustrate me! Ah, it's that time of the year again, I guess! Where all those singletons are reminded of that fact and all those in a relationship can be extra cute and soppy towards one another. Are you guys a fan of the whole concept of Valentines or not? See, I'm still trying to work it out. I think maybe I'm being bitter about it because I'm single.. as I've spent Valentines Day with someone before and although I find the idea extremely overrated, it was lovely. Okay, so recently I ordered myself some disco pants because (as you may know from reading my previous text posts) I'm going out with my older sister on Friday and besides, I've wanted some for ages! They arrived and I was really excited to try them on, though I have a sort of love/hate relationship with them. I was slightly depressed that they don't look as good on me as they do on Sandy in Grease.. Although on saying that, I do love the colour.. it's almost burgundy in the natural light. I'm not sure on them as of yet. I wish they'd look nicer on me and ''pull'' me in more as I hate my thighs but nevertheless I am happy with my purchase! As I said in my previous post, I've been pretty crappy with money recently to say the least. I don't speak to my Dad in any way (for my own personal reasons) so naturally it came as a massive shock to me when he gave my younger brother £300 for me just the other week and £50 the week after. This was because he gave me nothing at Christmas and stopped my pocket money and child maintenance a while back so to be honest, I really should have got more, however, I was grateful for anything. Anyway, so since I got the money, I knew that because I rarely have money, I should try to save up. This did not really go to plan. I spent a good £240 on my early bird Reading Festival ticket, a LOT of money but well, well worth it. I went to Reading and Latitude Festival last year and I literally had the best Summer of my life and with Uni coming up this year and all of my usual lot going in different directions, I can't risk not having another Summer to remember! I understand I've started this on a Tuesday but this is close enough to the start of the week for me! We've been decorating our whole house for what feels like forever now so this week can't come any sooner. It's going to drag for me, it always seems to do that when I have something to look forward to. On the weekend just gone I was introduced to the TV show on E4 'My Mad Fat Diary', I'd heard a lot about it but had never actually got round to watching it and then when I eventually did.. I fell in love. I've just made this blog so you'll have to bare with me as I'm definitely just getting to grips with it at the moment and trying to work it all out!
